Can I switch between the Proxy and VPN plans?
Yes — you can switch your account type any time from the payment page. Remaining plan time is converted at the equivalent value of the new plan. And remember: the VPN plan already includes the proxy, so most people only ever switch upward.
How many devices can I use?
VPN plans support up to 20 simultaneous devices — laptops, phones, tablets, and your TV, all at once. The proxy plan covers your torrent clients.
Do you keep any logs?
No. We keep no traffic logs and no connection logs. There is no record of what you do through BTGuard — this has been our policy since 2008.
Will it work on networks that block VPNs?
Yes. Stealth mode (REALITY and Hysteria2 protocols) disguises your VPN traffic as ordinary HTTPS browsing, so it works on networks with deep packet inspection — hotels, campuses, workplaces, and restrictive countries.
